Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Transparent, very bright and crystalline, greenish yellow with golden hues.
  • Aroma: Complex, with white flowers, citrus, soursop, lychee, pear and toasted nuts aromas.
  • Taste: Intense, complex, unctuous, highlighting the flowers and tropical fruits, soft toasted background, with a great finish.

  • Spiced fish and shellfish/ a cheese board with fruit.
