  • Aroma: Ripe black and red fruits aromas with a spicy background, notes of tobacco, subtle wood and leather.
  • Taste: Very intense to palate, complex, with flowers and dried fruits, meaty and spicy notes with a long ending.

  • Fatty cuts, intense and spicy sauces, endive salads with blue cheese and apple.
